Abstract:

Taking the terminology of Journalism and Communication as an example,this paper discusses the particularity and complexity of terminology translation,and also attempts to outline the process map of terminology translation.We think that the result of term translation is first and foremost a term.On the basis of following the general translation principles,we should also follow the basic principles of terminology naming,and take the construction of the knowledge system and discourse system of terminology into account,so as to pay attention to the knowledge motivation and communicative context of terminology translation.
