摘要： 介绍了核心期刊概念的起源、理论依据和中国核心期刊评价体系;讨论了“核心期刊”的定义;分析了核心期刊的功能定位;针对核心期刊的功能泛化和异化,提出科学认识核心期刊的价值,准确界定核心期刊的功能。

Abstract: Based on the introduction of the origin, theory basis and evaluation system of core journals, we discussed the functional localization of core journals. We also put forward the idea on understanding the scientific value and the accurate definition of core journals.
