摘要： 从术语学产生的历史背景着手,探讨了术语学与科学理论发展的关系,特别是探讨了普通术语学与维也纳哲学学派在科学理论发展方面的关系,由此梳理出普通术语学与以概念为基础的现代知识技术之间的理论联系。

关键词: 普通术语学, 元术语学, 概念优先, 受控制的概念动力学, 术语学与知识技术

Abstract: Based on the historical background of terminology evolution, we discussed the relations between terminology and science development, especially the theoretical relations between common terminology and the Vienna philosophy school. We also discussed the theoretical relationship between the general terminology and modern knowledge technology based on concepts.
