摘要: 光子晶体光纤具有独特的结构和导光机制,展现出比传统光纤优异的光传输特性,将对未来光通信领域的发展产生重要的影响。文章介绍了光子晶体光纤的概念及光子晶体光纤特有的光传输特性,阐述了光子晶体光纤在光信号传输及光纤器件制作领域中热点研究方向的最新进展。

Abstract: Due to its particular structure and light guide mechanism, photonic crystal fiber represents excellent optical transmission characteristics compared with traditional fiber, and will produce important influence on the development of optical communication. This paper introduces the concept and particular optical transmission characteristics of photonic crystal fiber, expatiates on the latest development of the hot research aspects in the field of light transmission and fiber apparatuses.
