摘要：

经过数十年的实践,我军军语工作已形成了有利于汇聚力量、协同攻关、打造精品的组织模式。文章阐述了这一组织模式的基本内容和标志性要素,提出了新体制下调整、完善军语工作组织模式的几点思考。

Abstract:

After decades of practice, the military term compiling work has formed the organizing pattern of gathering strength, tackling key problems through collaboration, and creating high-quality products. This paper illustrates the basic concepts and characteristic ideas, and puts forward several suggests on improving organizing pattern of military terms compiling work in the new system.
