摘要/Abstract

摘要： 阐述了军语人才队伍建设的现实意义,明确了建设军语编纂人才队伍、军语研究人才队伍、军语管理人才队伍的基本任务,提出了军语人才队伍建设的若干方法和要求。

Abstract: Human resources is the key factor for the development of military terms work. This article discusses the practical significance of expertise group building specialized in military terms; and points the main tasks of the compiling, research, management personnel of this group; and proposes method and requirement for the construction of talent team in military terms.
