摘要: 为适应患者需要及医疗市场竞争需求,医院“人文管理”理念已成为现代管理者的共识,文章就“人文管理”与“人文服务”“医院文化”的区别和联系进行论述,并阐述实现“人文管理”的基本途径,以达到维持医院高效运营、为患者提供优质服务的目标。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of medical market, humanistic management has come to be the consensus of modern hospital managers. This paper discusses the differences and relations among hospital humanistic management, humanistic service and hospital culture, and discusses a way to realize hospital humanistic management, which leads to higher efficiency operation and better medical service.
