摘要/Abstract

摘要： 作为国家战略层面的政策取向和工作方针,军民结合、寓军于民、军民融合、军民一体化四个术语的相同点都是追求军民资源最大程度的共享,促进经济建设和国防建设协调发展,区别是所处的角度不同,需在一定的条件下推行,是国家在经济建设与国防建设不同发展阶段的产物,是由低级向高级的发展形式和实现途径。

关键词: 军民结合, 寓军于民, 军民融合, 军民一体化

Abstract: Military and civilian combination, combining military efforts with civilian support, military and civilian fusion, civil-military integration are national strategic- level policy. The common point of the four terms is to maximize the sharing of military and civilian resources, to promote the coordination development both economic construction and national defense construction. The difference of the four terms comes from different angles, which can be implemented under certain conditions, and is different developing stage and implementation ways from junior to senior.
