摘要:

文章探讨了在数字化转型背景下,数字人才的核心能力与培养理论,提出通过构建术语体系优化课程设计、教学实践和能力评价。术语体系通过文献分析、专家访谈和企业调研建立,从而确保其科学性与实用性。该体系为商科数字人才培养提供结构化框架,促进教学内容与产业需求对接,提升教育的智能化与个性化。

Abstract:

This paper explores the core competencies and training theories for digital talent in the context of digital transformation.It proposes optimizing curriculum design,teaching practices,and competency evaluation through the construction of a terminology system.The terminology system is established through literature review,expert interviews,and industry research,ensuring its scientific accuracy and practicality.This system provides a structured framework for cultivating digital talent in business disciplines,aligning educational content with industry needs,and enhancing the intelligence and personalization of education.
