摘要：

“法人”“法定代表人”“法人代表”虽外形相似,却是三个不同的概念,不能混淆和相互替代,英译名更应仔细斟酌。文章围绕这三个术语之间的联系和区别讨论了它们分别对应的英译名。

Abstract:

Although “fa ren”“fa ding da biao ren” and “fa ren dai biao” in Chinese are synonymous and bear much similarity in appearance, they differ from each other and cannot be mixed up because of the existence of inner concepts and implications involved. This paper endeavors to discuss how to appropriately translate these words into English via detailed analyses of their connections and differences.
