摘要/Abstract

摘要： 法学术语的多义性为法律文本的准确翻译造成了障碍。法学术语的正确理解和翻译离不开语境。法律译者在翻译法学术语过程中必须考虑各种语境因素才能确定多义术语的语境含义。文章从认知角度出发,分析了法学术语翻译的认知推理过程以及影响语境重构的因素,构建法学多义术语翻译的多层次认知语境模型,从而为译者正确翻译法学术语提供理论指导。

关键词: 认知语境, 法律多义术语, 语境因素

Abstract: The translation of polysemous legal terms is an important and also difficult part in translation. From cognitive perspective, this paper studied the concrete ways in which context can help the translation of polysemous legal terms and the important factors that may affect the recontextualization process for translating polysemous legal terms. This paper constructed a multi-level cognitive context model for translating polysemous legal terms. This paper provided translation with a cognitive approach to the analysis of contextual parameters for translating polysemous legal terms. And also provide translators with feasible solutions to the problems concerning the translation of polysemous legal terms.
