立体化学术语“手性”及其应用范围

摘要: “手性”是当今化学和药学领域出现频率较高的术语,在立体化学中 “手性”起先是用以表达分子结构的几何属性,但现在它和它的衍生词语已在更大的范围内获得了应用。文章对这些词义从基本概念到合理的应用扩展,以及中文名的表达作一简要的讨论。

Abstract: Chirality is a term frequently used in chemistry and pharmaceutical science now. Chirality was originally used for describing the geometric property of molecular structure in stereochemistry, however it and its derived terms have recently been applied in many disciplines. Herein,the basic concept and expanded applications of these terms are mentioned. In addition, the suggestion for Chinese translation of some terms is also discussed.
