摘要：

法律术语翻译是法律翻译中的难题之一,它不仅仅涉及源语与目的语,还涉及法律文化和具体法律概念的转换。刑法罪名是一种典型的法律术语。为了更准确地翻译这些术语,文章根据相关翻译理论、刑法原则及刑法罪名构成要件提出一些刑法罪名的翻译策略。

Abstract:

The translation of legal terms is one of the most difficult problems in legal translation. It involves legal cultures and specific legal concepts as well as source and target language. Criminal charges are typical legal terms. In order to translate these terms more accurately, we suggest some strategies on translating criminal charges based on relevant translation theory, principles of criminal laws and specific components of crimes.
