On Several Terms in PISA and Their Translations

摘要:

在全球化、信息化、知识经济时代,社会发展和全球竞争关键在于人才。各国际组织、各国顺势在教育领域相继围绕“培养什么样的人”建构competencies、competences、skills等宏图,推进教育改革,其中国际经济合作与发展组织的PISA近年尤为盛行。通过梳理PISA 2015描述框架的内容结构来阐述competence、competency、literacy、capability、capacity和skill所表达的概念、范畴和彼此关系,遵循术语的科学性、单义性和系统性,进行规范和翻译,以求理解趋同、译名统一、达到互明互鉴。

Abstract:

In the era of globalization, informatization and knowledge economy. Human talents are the key to social development and global competition. Some international organizations and countries have their education blueprints for promoting the education reform based on competencies, competences or skills on what kind of people to cultivate. OECD’S PISA is particularly popular in recent years. In PISA 2015 Draft Frameworks, competence, competency, literacy, capability, capacity and skill are expressed and analyzed their concept, category and relationship for standardization and unified translation according to scientific and systematic terminology,with the purpose to understand the convergence and unification, and to achieve mutual reference.
