摘要：
“权利”与“权力”是法律类图书中常见的术语,二者读音相同,词义则大相径庭,需要在不同语境中进行有效区分并准确应用。

Abstract:
“Right” and “power” are common terms. They share the same pronunciation but their meanings are much different. These two words should be differentiated and correctly used in different contexts and model sentences.
