摘要：

近年来,翻译团队工作模式日渐取代了传统的个体翻译。加强翻译团队管理、提升翻译项目质量和效率成为翻译行业的关注重点。对项目中术语的有效管理,有益于优化翻译团队作业与项目工作。通过自建并应用术语管理系统,文章论证了利用科技手段实现有效管理术语目标的可行性,并阐释了术语管理系统在提高翻译项目效率、保证翻译项目质量、促进项目相关方利益最大化以及搭建译员术语能力培养平台等方面的积极意义。

关键词: 翻译项目, 术语管理, 系统自建及应用

Abstract:

In recent years, translation team model has gradually replaced the traditional individual translation, and strengthening the management of translation team and improving the translation quality/efficiency have become the focus of attention in the translation industry. Terminology management, a major process involved in project management, plays a significant role in optimizing team work and project management. Based on the self-built and application of terminology management system, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of using scientific means to achieve the goal of effective terminology management, explains the positive significance of terminology management system in improving the efficiency of translation projects, ensuring the quality of translation projects, maximizing the profits of stakeholders, and creating a platform for the cultivation of translators’ terminological competence.
